About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement, and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance, and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea, and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment. Mini-Circuits sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, and sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. Position Summary: The Intern is responsible for supporting assigned departments with various tasks and projects, contributing to the department’s ongoing efforts. Interns will have the opportunity to learn practical skills and industry knowledge, while providing support in data collection, analysis, and process improvements across different business areas, including engineering, finance, IT, quality assurance, human resources, and safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to be on-site 5 days/week for duration of internship.
  • Specific skill set may be required depending on the intern discipline applied for.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project-related activities specific to the assigned department.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects.
  • Participate in department meetings and provide input on solutions to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist in the completion of departmental objectives.
  • Assist in creating and updating documentation, signage, and reports.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve efficiency or solve problems.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including sorting and organizing files or materials.
  • Comply with Mini-Circuits policies, procedures, and processes applicable to the specific role, department, and organization.
