We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and motivated Intern to join our Lewiston, ME office. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to get real-world exposure to an international corporation. You’ll support our team in daily operations, customer service, and general office functions—while gaining insight into how international trade, supply chains, and packaging solutions work in real time.

Requirements

Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
Interest in international business, trade, or supply chain operations
Eager to learn, ask questions, and roll up your sleeves
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal systems
Available to work on-site in Lewiston, ME (this is not a remote role)

Responsibilities

Support office operations: filing, data entry, organizing records, and other admin tasks
Assist with customer support needs and internal communications
Help with tracking shipments, order processing, and vendor coordination
Learn and contribute to day-to-day logistics and business functions
Sit in on team meetings, take notes, and gain exposure to client interaction
Research and report on market trends or business insights as needed
Pitch in wherever help is needed—this is a true all-hands-on-deck role
