About The Position

We are looking for college students going into their Junior or Senior year to be part of our 2026 Fleet Response Summer Internship Program! You’ll get hands-on exposure to our business that includes real projects that will challenge you and grow your skills, alongside mentors who want to see you succeed in your education and your career. INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Claims Management Client Support Information Technology Accounting About Fleet Response: Established in 1986, Fleet Response is a Specialized Auto Third Party Administrator (TPA) offering claims, safety, and compliance solutions for your fleet, risk, and safety teams. Our services include first party auto, third party property, and general liability claims management as well as subrogation services. Our goal is to manage all aspects of the claims process with a focus on controlling costs and cycle time. Requirements

High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
Must be 18 years of age.
Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent internal and external customer service.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to write business correspondence, and professional presentations
Effectively deliver information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Highly motivated, strong initiative, self-starter with team focus.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
Manage databases and input information, data, and records
Research and gather documentation related to assigned department tasks
Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars
Attend company functions and networking events
Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
Responsibilities may vary based on assigned functional area within the organization.
