About The Position

The Technical Services Intern supports department initiatives by assisting with day‑to‑day activities, project work, and analysis related to the department’s objectives. The Intern will work alongside Delek professionals to support Asset Integrity, GIS, Maintenance, and Engineering departments gaining insight into how each department contributes to overall business operations.While performing the duties of this job in the field, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, working at heights, and outside weather conditions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering Field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with good academic standing
• Availability to work 40 hours/per week during Summer Internship Program
• A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Ability to record and present data in a clear and concise manner
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Solid software application skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good organizational & Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness and desire for continual learning and self-development
• Ability to successfully work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team seeking to continuously improve Technical Services department performance
