The Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics (TA O&A) Intern provides hands-on support to high-priority projects and day-to-day operational work across the TA Ops & Analytics team. This role functions as a project coordinator and operational support partner, helping the team stay organized, on track, and well-documented across multiple initiatives. The intern will support project tracking, documentation management, research, reporting preparation, and coordination activities that enable the team to deliver complex work efficiently and consistently. A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship.
