About The Position

This is an excellent internship opportunity to support the Human Resources Analytics team by learning and practicing skills that are used in all areas of business such as documentation, project management and data governance. This team is a highly technical and skilled group that develops efficient & creative reporting solutions and actionable insights to support strategic goals and leadership decisions through a variety of data collection, analysis, and statistical methods. This is a year-round, Full or Part-Time, flexible internship based on school schedule. A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship. Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Suggested degree programs include but are not limited to social and physical sciences, information technology, computer science, data analytics, math/statistics, finance/economics, human resources, and project management.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Effective organizational, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and support the report/dashboard development process across a variety of systems, business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Oracle Cloud products, SQL server, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Provide support to assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects.
  • Assist with project support and documentation efforts, including consolidation of technical training materials and resources.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of process documentation and data governance materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
