The Business Optimization team within the Human Resources Shared Services Center (HR SSC) collaborates with stakeholders across the HR SSC and the HR department to enhance service delivery by streamlining processes, strengthening data integrity and reporting capabilities, and optimizing employee-facing systems and communication channels. Employing a data-driven methodology, the team advances efficiency, consistency, and the employee experience through analytics, comprehensive documentation, coordination of technology, and ongoing improvement initiatives. The HR SSC Business Optimization team is seeking an intern to contribute to operational efficiency and support the continued advancement of our data and analytics management efforts. A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship.
