The Welfare and Self-Reliance Department oversees the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' work in caring for those in need worldwide. WSRS provides a wide range of products and support, from essential items like food and shelter to mental and spiritual self-reliance resources. This one-year hybrid internship position will address the increasing demand for graphic design, image search, prototype design, and the production of various collateral and digital graphics, including social media, email, intranet web, and blog content. The intern will produce internal communications graphics and assist in meeting overall design requirements. These projects will boost the development of student portfolios and offer experience working in a corporate environment. The internship will introduce the intern to the fast-paced world of marketing and internal corporate publishing content. The intern will contribute, learn, and grow in their field of study, preparing them for potential employment. The intern should be strategic-minded and strategy to the design deliverables produced. The intern will work under the direction of the Manager of Branding and Marketing Messaging, an award-winning Creative Director with over 25 years of experience in the design and marketing industry. This one-year hybrid internship in Salt Lake City is NOT a fully remote position.
