Responsibilities / Tasks GEA Group, located in York, PA, is searching for our next Intern Welder to join our Production Team! The Intern Welder performs production work according to customer requirements, including welding and basic assembly operations, within a Lean Six Sigma environment. This person will learn to fabricate, assemble, and weld components for Standard Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Standard Compressor Packages to meet required specifications and budgets. The hours for the internship can be flexible, with a minimum expectation of 20 hours/week. Our facility operates Monday - Thursday from 6am - 4pm, so any hours can be worked during that timeframe.
