You are professional, analytical, and interested in helping clients build long-term financial success. C&N is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This hands-on internship provides real-world exposure to client service, financial planning concepts, and book-of-business support within a community-based wealth management environment. You will work alongside Wealth Advisors and Associate Advisors to support client relationship management, documentation preparation, planning discussions, and operational workflows. Requirements

  • Education & Experience – Applicants must be undergraduate students who will be entering their junior or senior year in Fall 2026 and pursuing a degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Candidates outside of this academic level will not be considered. Strong interest in wealth management or financial advising is preferred. This internship is full-time in Wellsboro, PA with an anticipated start on Monday, May 18th, and will last a total of 12 weeks with an anticipated end date of Friday, August 7th.

Responsibilities

  • Client Service & Relationship Support: Assist in preparing client meeting materials and supporting ongoing client communication initiatives.
  • Financial Planning Exposure: Gain insight into retirement planning, asset allocation, risk tolerance discussions, and trust basics.
  • Book-of-Business Support: Assist with account documentation, workflow organization, and client segmentation analysis.
  • Sales & Business Development Awareness: Observe referral strategies and cross-department collaboration that support wealth growth.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Gain exposure to documentation standards and regulatory considerations within wealth management.
  • Capstone Project: Complete a wealth-related capstone such as developing a young professional education resource, analyzing client onboarding workflows, or supporting a client engagement initiative.
