About The Position

The US Thoracic Marketing intern will support US Marketing strategy and tactical pull-through for Thoracic indications, with focus on metastatic NSCLC indications CheckMate 9LA and CheckMate 227. This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS. The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is up to $25/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job. Compensation details are subject to change.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any business or science related field is preferred (graduating Fall 2026 and beyond)
  • Experience in marketing fundamentals and interest in business management, marketing, and/or commercialization
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment.
  • Please note that visa sponsorship, including for student or temporary work authorization programs, is not available for this role.
  • Candidates must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support 1L mNSCLC growth strategy and tactical pull-through of refined HCP messaging for CheckMate 9LA.
  • Support Health Care Professionals (HCP) campaign evolution and tactic development.
  • Support field execution initiatives, including roll-out of evolved campaign / messaging (e.g., field communication).
  • Support analytics on business impact and metric tracking (e.g., OneLook updates, monthly metric dashboard updates and summaries, monthly business reviews, etc.)

  • The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
