About The Position

Essential Responsibilities: Creates correspondence, memos, reports, forms and tables for internal/external communication. Assists with customer communication, information gathering, inputting customer data and creating detailed reports. Maintains accuracy and details of customer files, which may include scanning for electronic files. Import documents into our file storage system. Participates in community engagement activities  Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software
  • Solid reasoning, analytical, technical, mathematical and language abilities
  • Must possess excellent work ethic and ability to self-motivate
  • Must be able to multi-task as well as communicate well with others
  • Understands the importance of being a team player

Nice To Haves

  • Be seeking a degree at an accredited college/university with a major in accounting, banking, business administration, commercial or banking law, economics, finance, marketing, or other fields related to the position.
  • Have at least a cumulative (overall) 3.0 GPA
  • Have completed two full academic years toward the degree
