About The Position
DECIEM, known as "The Abnormal Beauty Company", is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, Avestan, and other beauty brands. Founded in 2013 by Brandon Truaxe and Nicola Kilner, DECIEM aims to disrupt the beauty industry with a science-first approach, emphasizing authenticity and transparency. The company is rapidly growing and is looking for individuals who share its vision and want to grow alongside it. The Trade Marketing Intern will assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance product sales and visibility within key retail partners, working closely with the retail Partnerships team to support campaigns, product launches, and market research. This internship offers hands-on experience in the commercial function, providing insights into consumer goods, retail, and brand management.
