Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, marketing or communications.
  • Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives that drive traffic and strengthen brand awareness across the retail network.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to regional campaigns, local media programs, and retail events to understand how marketing strategies are executed at the point of sale.
  • Help implement localized trade marketing activities, in alignment with brand priorities, including coordinating retail events, complimentary mall marketing, and local media opportunities.
  • Learn to analyze campaign performance data to measure the impact of marketing efforts during key selling periods.
  • Support marketing efforts by collecting and organizing market insights and analyzing campaign performance data to measure impact during key selling periods or event performance.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of pop-up shops and experiential activations.
  • Assist in tracking engagement metrics and support post-event or campaign reporting to guide future decisions.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and retail partners to ensure successful marketing execution.
