We are adding an Engineering Intern to our Corporate Toolroom Engineering team! In this role, you will provide support to Tooling and Engineering Manager and Tooling department executing tasks that support on time delivery of products and designs to our customers. This position will be introduced to a wide variety of processes, projects and experiences crossing between both our Tooling and Engineering departments. Established in 1975, Falcon Plastics has over 50 years of expertise in molding customer ideas into a wide variety of products used every day, by people all over the world! Requirements

  • This position requires the employee is attending a 4 year college or 2 year technical school in an engineering or technical field

Responsibilities

  • Assist Engineering with designs, documentation, quality and/or improvement projects for the production floor.
  • Assist with the day to day administration and operations of the engineering department.
  • Assist engineering with projects to meet customer expected completion dates.
  • Assist with data entry and analysis.
  • Designs fixtures and tooling using CAD software.
  • Gather information conduct studies, write justifications, and prepare ROI's for production projects.
