Astrion is looking for a young test engineering technologist (Our Labor Category) that will support RRRP during peak summer activities testing at Yuma and White Sands. The candidate will be in charge of maintaining the schedule of the activities across different acceptance test, to include the Hardware Availability Matrix, The Personnel Availability Matrix, The Test Activity schedule, The Software and Hardware Audits. Also, he will be assigned with taking technical notes and reporting during the test activities, and be exposed to test data collection and processing. Because the activities will be conducted at US Army Test ranges, the candidate will need a Common Access Card, a process that may take several months to be completed because of the necessary background checks. For this reason, it is our intention to enroll the candidate as soon as early February on a limited hour base, no more than 10 hours per week, while he/she will apply for a security clearance and a CAC.
