Requirements
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented Familiarity with MS Office (excel is a plus)
- Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business or Supply Chain
Responsibilities
- This position will work with the Sourcing team in support of several projects including:
- Categorize the mechanical spend component bucket by reviewing the prints and place them in logical sub-categories to better leverage the spend within the category.
- Categorize an array of bought out components and develop a library.
- based upon component attributes that will be created as fields detailed in excel spreadsheets
- subsequently feed data into our Oracle system to enhance search functionality.
- Assist with other tasks/projects as needed including but not limited to:
- Supplier lead times
- RFQ’s
- Quote / data analysis
- Update Purchasing documents
