About The Position

The Supply Chain Planning Intern will provide support to the GMP Purchasing and Supply Chain Planning team. Under supervision, the intern will help ensure materials are available on time and in the right quantities, assist with basic materials planning and purchasing tasks, and track material readiness. The intern will learn to navigate the SAP ERP system and MRP, help maintain simple reports and SOPs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure to a regulated biopharmaceutical environment while the site ramps up to commercial operations. Start Date: This internship is set to begin on May 26th 2026 for an 11-week duration ending on August 7th 2026. Relocation: Please note this Internship Opportunity is designed to be 100% Onsite, 40 hours/week and a relocation/housing stipend is not provided. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Associate's Degree program with a Life Sciences focus OR
• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Scientific or Supply Chain Undergraduate or Master’s degree Program
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to discern audible cues
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time - up to 60 minutes
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time - up to 240 minutes
• Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands and/or fingers
• Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Pharma/Biotech/Chemical Industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with experienced Supply Chain team members on identified project(s).
• Assist in assessing material lead times, conducting Pareto analysis of issues, and providing potential solutions.
• Creates and delivers presentation on identified project to Site Leadership Team at the conclusion of internship.
• Documents and updates operational procedures
• Provides suggestions to improve business processes for operational efficiencies
• Assists with ensuring procedures and practices are accurate and are documented
• Performs other duties, as assigned
