About The Position
Boot Barn is offering a paid summer internship program that provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The internship runs from June 16 to July 25 and is based out of the Irvine Store Support Center. Interns will have the opportunity to work in various business functions including Buying, Merchandise Store Planning, Retail Vendor Compliance, Ecommerce, Production & Events, Apparel Technical Design, HR & Talent Development, and Supply Chain Operations. The program includes industry seminars, one-on-one mentorship, and networking opportunities with senior leadership and peers.
