- Undergraduate education at a Junior or Senior level (pursuing a business, sales, marketing, supply chain, communications, or related major is a plus)
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), generative AI, or automation tools, with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and best practices in perishable supply chain management
- Build strong relationships internally across teams and externally with customers and growers
- Learn and effectively use best-in-class technology systems, including our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere
- Acquire and apply skills across various areas of the perishable supply chain industry, including, but not limited to, sales and negotiation, operations management, and technology
