Our Warehouse facilities feature robust processes and strict requirements for supporting Pharmaceutical Distribution. Requirements

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Deacom.
  • Experience providing support to multiple people in a team environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities to support the teams.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Interest in leadership in regulated industry including pharmaceutical, health care, medical device, production, or manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze demand data and assist in preparing slides for Demand Review, Supply Review and S&OP
  • Perform scenario planning for various situations to create supply plan
  • Assist with dashboard creation for KPI’s
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects
  • Perform document revisions to work instructions and SOP’s
  • Data analysis of trends, including returns, deliveries, forecasts, inventory turns/obsolescence.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce the requested or required data elements.
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
