Requirements

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Deacom.
Experience providing support to multiple people in a team environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities to support the teams.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Interest in leadership in regulated industry including pharmaceutical, health care, medical device, production, or manufacturing.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One or more years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze demand data and assist in preparing slides for Demand Review, Supply Review and S&OP
Perform scenario planning for various situations to create supply plan
Assist with dashboard creation for KPI’s
Assist with continuous improvement projects
Perform document revisions to work instructions and SOP’s
Data analysis of trends, including returns, deliveries, forecasts, inventory turns/obsolescence.
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce the requested or required data elements.
Assist with special projects as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned.
