Requirements

• Solid analytical skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Able to perform in a team environment.
• Active involvement with a variety of extracurricular activities.
• Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Visio proficiency is a plus.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card holder required for access to ITAR restricted information and facilities.
• Local candidate to Nashua area as onsite work is required.

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a major in Supply Chain or related field; Junior or Senior preferred.

Responsibilities

• Flow chart existing key Supply Chain processes
• Determine appropriate metrics for each process
• Review each process against current documentation
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for production issues.
