Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 30 credits prior to starting the internship.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Some SAP knowledge.
  • Project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Join the Integrated Business Planning team within Pratt & Whitney.
  • Engage in Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Engine & Module Assembly.
  • Plan for material requirements in support of production processes.
  • Forecast spare part requirements.
  • Facilitate the delivery of engines and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Support operations both in the office and on the shop floor.
  • Participate in substantial work and projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
