Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering degree studying Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Data mining & manipulation experience with Excel, VBA, SQL, other methods.
  • Working knowledge of product manufacturing / process technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate operations and identify improvement opportunities, utilizing data analysis and metrics.
  • Review and analyze work cell layout, process flow, material flow, to establish standard work.
  • Conduct labor and machine capacity analysis to identify improvements.
  • Maintain and update time standards for established operations.
