About The Position
This paid internship offers the opportunity to contribute to the design of utility-scale and distributed generation solar and energy storage projects. You will participate in renewable energy projects from initial concept and early-stage design through construction IFC design, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a two- or four-year technical school, college, or university in civil/construction engineering, land surveying, or a related field.
- Interest in civil design for utility-scale and distributed generation solar, including mass grading, earthwork calculations, road design, erosion and sediment control, and drainage studies.
- Experience with Civil 3D.
- Detail-oriented, committed to technical excellence, and eager to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum GPA of 3.4 preferred.
- Prior internship or related consulting experience is a plus.
