About The Position

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience. Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include: 10-week experience in the Summer of 2026 (Monday, June 8 thru Friday, August 14) Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led) Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point and Final Evaluations Networking & Social Activities and Events Guidehouse is looking for an intern to perform various tasks and support our Federal Contracts and Subcontracts teams this summer. You will have the chance to assist the Federal Contracts and Subcontracts teams and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks. Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts. Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges. Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance. Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers. Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines. Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases. Requirements

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
  • Minimum Degree Status Required: Graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between December 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country
