About The Position
Join our team at the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services as an intern for a 12-week program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to provide operational insight to laboratory management teams through analytical workflows. You will work in the Quest Management Systems (QMS) department, interfacing with all business functions and driving project success through the usage of project management tools and proper documentation. Collaboration across departments and functions is key, as you will interact with leaders in Commercial, Lab Ops, Patient Services, Finance, and Logistics. Your role will involve creating data pipelines (ETLs) for business needs, modifying Power BI/Excel dashboards, and presenting findings to management. Additionally, you will report on data entry for various business functions and create automations using Python, Power Automate, VBA, and PowerShell. This internship will also provide you with the opportunity to learn project management and Lean Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement.
