About The Position

We are seeking an intern to assist in the development and communication of our organization's strategy. The intern will actively participate in planning meetings and leadership discussions, helping to document and organize planning materials that will be used to deliver and implement our strategic plan. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with healthcare leaders, actively participate in the strategic planning program, and gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration.

Requirements

• Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize and organize complex concepts.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare administration and strategic planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
