  • Monitor trends through trade publications and key strategic resources, summarizing for internal programs, presentations, and/or customer-facing materials
  • Provide primary research support including survey programming and analyzing survey data
  • Extract key category findings across articles and reports to pull together a compelling data-driven story
  • Analyze category data sets and report findings to the team and stakeholders
  • Prepare insights and materials for demand creation campaigns, conduct competitive searches, and optimize knowledge infrastructure / knowledge management
  • Support research and innovation projects, including research brief development, innovation session planning, RFP construction, and project management
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the Buffalo area and majoring in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle several projects at once
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resourceful and able to find information independently
  • Possessing investigative curiosity and enjoys digging through unstructured data
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic statistical understanding
  • Strong PC proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Market research experience and survey experience (building, analyzing) is a plus
