The Guidehouse Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for interns to engage in real-world projects while experiencing the vibrant culture of Guidehouse. Interns will be actively involved in providing deliverables that support our clients, gaining hands-on experience in the consulting field. Each intern will be paired with a Buddy, who will serve as a resource to help navigate the Guidehouse experience effectively. This internship is designed to be a 10-week program during the summer of 2025, starting on June 2nd and concluding on August 8th. Throughout the internship, participants will engage in various Learning & Development sessions, which include both e-learning and instructor-led training. Performance management will be a key component, with interns developing goals and participating in Mid-Point and Final Evaluations to assess their progress. Networking and social activities will also be integral to the experience, allowing interns to connect with peers and professionals within the organization. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to participate in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event and an Intern Speaker Series, providing insights into the consulting industry and Guidehouse's impact on state and local governments. The State and Local Government practice at Guidehouse focuses on delivering high-impact solutions to clients, including states, counties, cities, higher education institutions, non-profits, and multi-lateral organizations. Interns will have the chance to work on projects related to economic development, sustainability, disaster recovery, business design, organizational strategy, technology strategy, market analysis, financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, change management, technology implementation, risk management, compliance monitoring, and program management. This role is pivotal in translating strategy into actionable solutions for our clients' most pressing business and technology challenges.
