About the role The CAD, Print & Pattern intern will work with their manager and associates on developing industry CAD skills, greater understanding of the print production cycle, and professional soft skills. The internship position will last for approximately 12 weeks throughout the Spring 26 semester, and students will work on a part-time basis with their department team as their college schedules allow. The hourly pay rate is $20.00. The impact you can have Assist in creating and editing new print and pattern, re-work archived prints, alter and digitize vintage fabrics, and create seasonal colorways based on direction from manager. Assist Designers on print development by classifications to meet expectations and deadlines. Assist in preparation of artwork packages to go to vendors. Help with department organization such as file archiving. Maintain the layout and flat library. Participate in team and cross-functional meetings. Develop and increase understanding of Talbots customer.
