About The Position

The internship at Dentsply Sirona offers a unique opportunity for students enrolled in law programs to gain hands-on experience in various departments such as Supply Chain, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master, or PhD program in an accredited law school.
• Successful completion of a basic Contracts course.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
• Good time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred.
• Experience in and/or leading team projects.
• Knowledge in Corporate Governance or Legal Entities preferred but not necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across Supply Chain, QA/RA, Commercial, and Marketing departments.
• Review and draft basic contracts.
• Create and standardize contract templates.
• Update and maintain departmental contract management databases.
• Conduct project research and reporting.
• Develop training programs.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and office support duties as requested.
• Complete various legal and departmental assignments for training and development.
