About The Position

The Solution Delivery team is seeking an Intern to support a Workday proof of concept to modernize and streamline accounts receivable operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise system implementation, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Finance and Technology.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding of business systems or technology support concepts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Analytical thinking and problem-solving curiosity
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
3.0+ GPA

Nice To Haves

Exposure to agile methodologies (coursework or projects) is a plus
Open to students starting their senior year

Responsibilities

Assist in documenting current-state collections processes
Support gap analysis between current processes and Workday Collections capabilities
Help coordinate and document POC sessions and system walkthroughs
Participate in configuration reviews and help track requirements and decisions
Analyze data outputs to help evaluate reporting and operational visibility improvements
Document findings, risks, and opportunities identified during the POC
Help prepare summary materials and recommendations for stakeholders
Support cross-functional communication between Finance and Technology
Presents findings, progress, and recommendation to leadership and cross-functional teams
Performs other related duties as assigned
