In this internship position, you will gain valuable experience in usage verification, report analysis, and billing for Carrier Access Billing (CAB), Data Mediation Services (DMS), and End User Billing (EUB) solutions. You will work closely with the team to support these services via telephone and email while developing your customer service and critical thinking skills. This role offers hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on customer service and billing operations.
