Requirements

• Pursuing/possess Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other technical field
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Exposure to the design and development of software in a Windows environment
• Exposure to programming languages (knowledge of C# and WPF a plus)
• Exposure to the use of OO and software development lifecycle techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, source code control, and incident tracking tools a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-12 week summer internship, working 30-hours per week
• Design, implement, and unit test software for AutoChem software products
• Analyze and solve technical problems
• Troubleshoot software defects and develop and test software bug fixes
• Participate in requirements engineering activities for new software products or tools
• Develop and/or review formal test cases for software products
• Develop software development project artifacts
• Other duties may be assigned
