About The Position

CASE is looking for a visually motivated, agile, and passionate social media intern to support us with content strategy, storytelling, copywriting for our clients. In this internship you will build your resume while gaining first-hand knowledge in front-to-back content creation, social native visual communication, and partnership management. As a CASE intern, you will: · Work collaboratively with CASE teams to build successful creative partnerships with our clients. · Comprehend the content strategy and execution approach of individual brands, and consequently propose future visual and narrative output. · Support the team in the development of social strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion while maintaining social calendars · Analyze client data to identify areas of opportunity; inform creative execution and insights. · Present clear, well-organized learnings and recommend social next-steps forward to internal creative teams. · Work with creative and design teams to ideate and prepare layouts, storyboards and creative visuals. · Assist with phone / video production and various operational tasks within the studio, as needed. · Attend client meetings and assist in presenting findings when possible. · Become familiar with brand voice to support the social team with copywriting and branded concept creation.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a BA/BS degree; previous internship experience in a creative environment (advertising agency or design firm) preferred.
  • Dynamic, positive and solution-oriented with a talent for building relationships.
  • Passionate about social media/digital marketing, obsessed with the beauty/haircare/ fashion industries, and a desire to always know what’s new and next.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem, including familiarity with paid, earned, and owned media and best practices for social platforms - Instagram and TikTok.
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in spreadsheets (Excel, Number or Google sheets), and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint or Google slides); experience with Figma preferred
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.
