Our 2026 Summer Program features full-time, paid internships running from June 1 to August 21 . This is a non-exempt role with a pay range of $28.00–$33.00 per hour . To learn more about our program, visit somos.com/internship . Eligibility Requirements: This internship is remote , but candidates must reside within the United States during the program. Applicants must be currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university. A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required. Candidates must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the program, from June 1 through August 21 . Final selection is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Role Overview: As a Scrum Master Intern, you’ll work closely with the department to support team success and learn the foundations of Agile delivery. You’ll play a key role in creating transparency, enabling innovation, and driving continuous improvement within your team. Working closely with the department, the Intern will be responsible for the following tasks: Promote transparency and open communication within the team Create space for innovation and creative problem-solving Support ongoing inspection, adaptation, and process improvement Facilitate feedback loops to ensure alignment and learning Help the team prioritize effectively and focus on what matters most Champion delivering outcomes over outputs—ensuring value is delivered incrementally Identify and help remove impediments that slow progress Contribute to team building and a positive team culture Major Initiatives: Learn and apply Lean-Agile principles and values while developing a deep understanding of the Scrum Master role Serve as Scrum Master for an operational team and the Intern Capstone Project Qualifications & Skills:
