About The Position

This position will support the Sales department by executing projects that help us more efficiently research markets and competitors, develop strategies, and capture new business. This role will report to the Director of Program Management.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person”)
  • Junior/Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Able to demonstrate efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet searches.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Needs excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize targeted search methods and analyze relevant data on competitors, customers trends, and potential business opportunities in target markets.
  • Update and maintain records within the internal customer management notification system.
  • Assist the sales team in presenting findings of industries, products, and technology trends Crystal Group should focus on.
  • Identify trends and recommends potential industries where Crystal Group’s hardware can add value.
  • Create reports, documents and presentations to communicate information to the organization and customers.
  • Work closely with the program management and marketing teams to support both industry research and project execution.
  • Assist in tracking and managing sales leads while learning the full sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry through opportunity development to close, gaining an understanding of key communication steps and handoffs throughout the process.
