About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst Intern will support the Global Sales Operations team at Acxiom by assisting with the CRM platform, Salesforce.com. This role involves utilizing business intelligence tools to provide insights to Acxiom's US industry verticals, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring data accuracy in content management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in MIS, Marketing, Speech Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and be self-motivated while paying attention to details.
• Demonstrable ability to synthesize information into meaningful insights and contribute to business strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external contacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tools.
• Strong project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-the-job training of Salesforce.com and the content repository.
• Review performance of individual content pieces for effectiveness.
• Participate in the gathering of requirements, development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes.
• Upload and ensure data accuracy of all content pieces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve content-related goals.
