About The Position

Join our community Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. Make a Difference The Resource Intern will partner with a registered nurse in analyzing outpatient clinical workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and developing practical improvement recommendations. The intern will observe operations across multiple ambulatory settings, synthesize findings, and produce a capstone deliverable focused on process optimization and patient experience. The candidate should be self-directed, reliable, and able to work in environments with shifting priorities. The candidate needs to have the ability to organize complex information into clear, usable formats, and be comfortable conducting interviews and asking clarifying questions. Note: there is no singular “home” work site. The candidate should expect to work in multiple ambulatory clinics within Community Health Network.
