Plan and support dealer events, drive programs, and regional hotspot events such as FLIBs, Rodeo Drive, and Las Vegas Concours. Manage the RRMCNA social media content calendar and support dealer CI compliance. Handle purchasing documentation and perform SAP-related tasks. Route contracts and submit them into the Contract Management System (CCMS). Prepare marketing presentations and dealer communications, including Dealer Bulletins. Provide on-site support for dealer events, including domestic travel and occasional weekend work. Track invitations and registrations for Dealer Conferences. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university. US Work Authorization required. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major). Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application. Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week). Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application. Prior BMW Group experience is a plus (applicable to international J1 students only). WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. Field of Study: Marketing. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferences: SalesForce and SAP.
