The Research Intern handles tasks as assigned by Scientists in the Department of Research. This position provides support as needed and gains on the job experience

Requirements

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists Department team members with daily operations as assigned. Assignments will vary in nature depending on the research laboratory or office the Research Intern is placed.
• Works on various projects as needed while gaining a working knowledge of the laboratory and its functions.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.
