Job Overview: The Real Estate Operations Intern will support the Real Estate team by assisting with administrative and operational tasks related to lease management and landlord coordination. This internship provides hands-on experience with lease administration processes, data management, and financial coordination within a corporate real estate environment. The intern will play a key role in helping ensure accurate documentation and supporting initiatives that improve payment processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow through on commitments and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internal systems, and documentation processes.
  • Interest in corporate real estate operations, lease administration, or business operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with budget adjustments in Tango related to lease negotiations and property management activities.
  • Support the Real Estate team by reviewing and organizing lease-related documentation.
  • Help maintain accurate records and ensure proper tracking of lease data.
  • Work with landlords to collect necessary information and documentation needed to support operational processes.
  • Assist with gathering required details to transition landlord payments to ACH processing.
  • Maintain organized files and communication records related to landlord coordination.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within internal systems.
  • Maintain organized records and support compliance with internal documentation standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the Real Estate team.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to lease administration and payment processing.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate team as needed.
  • Ensure assigned tasks and commitments are completed accurately and on time.
