About The Position
We are seeking a graduate student intern to join our compound semiconductor epitaxial growth group at the Center for Integrated Nanotechnology (CINT) at Sandia National Laboratories (New Mexico). The focus of this group is developing epitaxial strategies for semiconductor-based materials and devices including metamaterials, lasers, single photon emitters, and detectors. We are looking for a highly motivated intern with a background in semiconductor epitaxial growth and characterization. All equipment/resources are provided within our center.
