About The Position

Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 12 week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. During this 12-week program, you will gain experience in projects and activities happening within the Global HEVO department. Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business activities and be assigned tasks within diverse projects which may include generating real world evidence (RWE), employing epidemiologic and/or health economics outcomes research (HEOR) methods and literature reviews. You may also have the opportunity to assist in the development of concepts and initiatives which support the Global Medical Affairs business unit.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in MS or PhD program of HEOR/Epidemiology/Public Health/life sciences or any related fields.
• Fundamental and basic understanding and experience in HEOR, epidemiology, retrospective databases, and study design.
• Experience with the RWD analysis of administrative healthcare databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in projects and activities within the Global HEVO department.
• Be directly involved in daily business activities and assigned tasks within diverse projects.
• Generate real world evidence (RWE).
• Employ epidemiologic and/or health economics outcomes research (HEOR) methods and conduct literature reviews.
• Assist in the development of concepts and initiatives supporting the Global Medical Affairs business unit.
