About The Position

The Quality Engineering/Data Analytics Summer Intern position at Aerojet Rocketdyne is designed for students pursuing a degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. The intern will support the Quality and Mission Assurance organization by performing entry-level engineering tasks, database management, and data analysis on rocket propulsion projects. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and familiarize oneself with quality engineering practices and metrics within a team environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related majors.
• Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Junior standing or above in academic program.
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level engineering tasks related to quality engineering and data analytics.

• Familiarize with quality engineering tasks and related databases.
