About The Position

As a Revenue Assurance Intern at ENGIE North America, you will gain hands-on experience in the North American Energy industry, focusing on the retail energy sector. This internship will provide exposure to key areas such as the order-to-cash lifecycle, business process mapping, strategy development, and project management. You will work on real-world projects that enhance your understanding of industry operations and challenges, while reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Assurance.

Requirements

• Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
• Ability to work in project teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze departmental KPI reporting and operational controls impacting Engie's Retail C&I customers.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely resolutions for customer concerns, billing problems, and data requests.
• Assist in gathering requirements, QA testing, and supporting new development to enhance billing, customer experience, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize best-in-class end-to-end delivery processes.
