Join us and start your extraordinary journey today. Position Summary The Leasing Intern will show and lease apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties. The Leasing Intern position provides college and university students with an opportunity to learn the property management business onsite with a “host manager.” The program provides students with the foundation for a career path in the industry. Students who obtain their degree and complete the program as top performers will be considered for full-time opportunities. This program provides interns with exposure to every area of onsite property operations. The Internship Program will begin on May 28th, 2025 and end on August 6th, 2025.

Requirements

  • Current college student – Junior year or entering senior year
  • Must be available for the duration of the program; May, 28th - August, 6th 2025
  • Current valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Interviews prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications
  • Accompanies prospects to apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and saunas, location of shopping centers, services available, and terms of leases
  • Inspects condition of premises periodically and arranges necessary maintenance
  • Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit
  • Compiles listings of available rental property
  • Composes newspaper advertisements
  • Other duties as assigned
