About The Position

Epsilon is seeking a Product Design Strategy & Research Intern who wants hands-on experience working alongside and helping experienced product design strategists, UX researchers, UX / interaction designers, UI designers, and UX engineers to help create thoughtful, useful, usable, and desirable digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user behavior, identifying user needs, and translating those insights into actionable product improvements and innovations. Work together to win together: Product Design Strategy & Research focuses on engaging collaboratively with product management and other stakeholders early in the product development process to help guide decisions around product strategy, requirements, and scope with a design- and user-centered perspective. These decisions are informed by concept testing, usability testing, and other UX research studies focused on better understanding our users and their needs. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office. Innovate with purpose: Our team acts as connective tissue across projects, designers, and teams while addressing the complexities of our interconnected product ecosystem. In an era of rapid technological advancement, particularly around AI, we help redefine the role of design as a mediator and facilitator of cross-functional processes. As an intern you'll participate in a formal Intern Program , which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.
