The mission of Advanced Technology Programs (AT) is to be the affordable source of new, unparalleled capabilities to our warfighters and civil authorities by: The creation of competitive technology discriminators The seamless transition of next-generation solutions, partners, markets, and customers Collaborating to enhance development capability across Raytheon Our Advanced Technology Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors Program Area is looking for a dynamic intern to join their team! This is a full-time position from May-August. The intern will support both existing Contract Research and Development programs and business opportunities, as well as other regular business activities including operational performance, sales, and cost reduction. Opportunities exist to learn and help support finance, supply chain, human resources, marketing and business management tasks using our industry-leading tools and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials and experience in working in a teamwork environment, having not only academic, but also interpersonal skills to help optimize our teams. Additionally, the candidate should possess an inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn real world applications to complement their academic experience.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, operations, or a closely related field
- This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a bachelor’s (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their freshman year by the start of summer 2026.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools
- Previous Engineering project and/or internship experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working in teams
- Results-oriented with good problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Applying your academic knowledge and participating as a member of a multi-discipline team.
- Contributing to the completion of project/program milestones under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor and team leads.
